When placing an order, you need to select the type of payment "Payment online" and click "Go to payment".

 

You will be automatically transferred to the page of the payment system, where you must specify:

- card number

- card expiry date

- CVV / CVC code

 

and click "Continue", after which information on the status of payment will appear on the page.

 

Payment to the account of ''Privat Bank'' through the terminals ''Privat Bank'' or ''Privat24''

 


After placing an order, when choosing this type of payment, a manager will contact you within 1 hour (during working hours).

 

After confirmation by the manager of your order and coordination of all necessary information.

 

Your account data will be sent to your email address or phone. You can replenish your current account in the Privat Bank terminals or through the Privat24 system or cash desk.

DELIVERY

Delivery ''NOVA POSHTA'' (inside Ukraine only)

 

To receive an order at the department of the ''Nova Poshta'' delivery service, you need to indicate the number/address of the convenient branch in the application.

 

Upon receipt, present your passport and waybill number.

 

It will be sent in a message to your mobile phone after sending the goods.

 

Delivery cost according to the ''Nova Poshta'' tariffs.

Courier delivery (inside Ukraine only)

 

It is carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" to the address you specified within 24 hours from the moment of an order confirmation or from the moment funds are received in our bank account.

 

Delivery cost according to the ''Nova Poshta'' tariffs and is paid separately.

Delivery to other countries

 

It is carried out by the UPS, DHL Express, Ukrposhta services.

 

The cost and delivery time can be checked with the manager. They will depend on the size of the package and its destination.

You can pick up the parcel from our corner in the Central Department Store.

 

We work seven days a week from 10:00 to 22:00

If the product you bought did not fit in color, shape, size, or for other reasons and cannot be used by you if there is an alternative, we can offer you an exchange or, in the absence of alternatives, we will make a refund.

To return you need to send us the goods in its original form: without damage and signs of use, with original tags and in the original packaging.

 

The rules for the return of goods purchased in our online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

 

We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were delivered to us after a 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods is different from the one in which you received them.

 

You can issue a Refund in any way convenient for you by contacting us by phone, writing to e-mail, or on Instagram / Facebook. For this you need
indicate the order number and article of the returned goods.

 

After clarifying all the necessary information, we will form and send you a refund for the order.
